Sour flowers Cache

Ingredient
The first fish.
1 cup sour chili sauce.
1-2 cups of water.
Flowers Cache (moderate).
3 tablespoons tamarind juice.
1 tablespoon sugar.
2 tablespoons lemon juice.
3 tablespoons fish sauce.
1 teaspoon shrimp paste.

How do I cache sour 1. The fish to the scales, cut the head clean off. Private and cut into pieces about 1-11/2 inches thick.
2. Put water in a container, cover tightly and heat until boiling. Put fish into a pot of boiling water.
3. When cooked, the fish head curry with 3 pieces pound melting pot of water. Heat to boiling. I put the caps provided. Season with fish sauce. Tamarind juice, lime juice, sugar, tightly closed container. Boil for about 5 minutes (cooking with sweet, sour, salty), and eat while hot.
